I teach individuals and teams to recognize the difference between what their character believes and what their highest consciousness knows to be true. From that awareness comes authentic power: the ability to experience life through intention, compassion, and purpose.

I use character psychology and experiential design to teach aspiring entrepreneurs how to build purpose-driven businesses that feel alive, and to help established company owners infuse joy, authenticity, and story into their operations and client communication. 

The Podcast With Character explores the childhood characters that shaped who my guests are today. Through heartfelt conversations, we uncover how imagination, innocence, and play continue to influence the way we create, lead, and love as adults. Because the characters we cherished as children often reveal the truest parts of who we’ve always been.
